中原地產住宅部董事總經理陳永傑指出，由於整體樓市受多個不明朗因素影響，包括加息、內地宏調、美國次按風暴及本港金融市場波動等，該行遂將原預計今年住宅價格上升 30% 的目標，調低至全年只有約 10% 升幅。

This is mentioned by Mr. Chan Wing Kit, the Managing Director, not Mr Shih. I recall that Mr Shih said he would seldom interfere the business of Centaline and give comments on the property market.

Now the rent is high price and inflation ,
different from before year,
big drop is impossible,
The basic factor no changed,
so many people still have plenty of money (saving)
Moreover many young partner for wedding also want to buy the flat for living.
The salary increase....actually many reason is support buidings price.The government cont' high price policy.
is not hopeless ....Gd luck everbody!

many pp have plenty of $$? --> I know many ppl became a big big crab in stock market, including my big boss
