The senior wyeth staff promise me that if I confirm those mothers name with their 4 digits HKID for form 1 application to her on or before 30/6/2004, the mother (只要重來冇任何S26優惠) also can recieve free milk powder + CD even their application form sent to wyeth after 30/6/2004.
