i am a all-pump mama. first 2 months need to add 1-2 meal formula to baby and the nurse said the volume of milk will be lesser & lesser if pump. i was so unhappy & frustrated that time. but luckily, my baby can have all breastmilk until now ( 6 months old already)
so just be relax & let-go . 自己盡量泵到幾多就幾多啦，直到冇奶為止 add oil !
