anyway, i not agree with your point which 香港醫療制度好有問題. if hk goverment let all the patient chose the hospital which they like, how can they control the operation time table.
please remember that the ambulance is for emergency use only, your mother can visit the doctor in china and she also can go to mok kok tomorrow, that mean the ambulance for you is just a tool to get the service fm kwong wah. i think is not 香港醫療制度好有問題 (of cause sometime they are), also some citizen 好有問題.
