我睇的係employment guidelines for domestic helpers. 佢係冇咁寫的。你果個應該employment ordinance？

綠色contract我都study過好幾次，我都好清楚vacation leave 意思。只不過勞工處同我講可以咁樣interpret.

Actually these were capped two years ago when I wanted to know about this so called requirement.

The best plan is to keep at least 7 days of AL for this purpose.

例如放AL時有勞工假，咁你要補返比佢。

E.g. Sunday is a maid\'s rest day. And she takes her annual leave from 4-Oct-2015 to 17-Oct-2015 (14 days).

In this case, the maid could take actual leave till 20-Oct-2015.
