I have both in B, but were not given any other choice (color/ size) when it was available. So it was like either take it or leave it. They were bought at different times.
My personal opinion:
If the bag is 30 or smaller, sharp color like RJ, is then very nice. If its 35 or above, then it seems the sharp color makes the bag look even larger.
Gold color suits all sizes.
You will wear gold color bag more often as its easier to match your clothes, and suitable for all seasons/ events/ work or even business/ leisure travel.
For RJ, of course its harder to get than gold and its more suitable for Spring/ Summer, and for shopping/ party/ Banquet + Chinese new year.
So you will have to decide....on your own. Both are nice but one may suit better for different purposes.
