証實左啦,必須要用immg提供的範本才接受,請各位注意番.

我已經係天書改番.啦，click入去可以有immg條link download到.我已scan埋個中文版比大家睇下入面講咩.

但填就要英文喔.

仲有,提埋各位,如今次提前續約交文件比immg,係唔須要提供入息証明.
此份表格可在交ID407合約時一併交埋,即係唔駛先將此表格交immg先.

1. 先到領事館交文件
2.取回文件後,再到immg交文件(連同此表格)

想請問提早續約係咪應該先去Immigration, 後再去Philippine Consulate verify contract 呢, 因我係另一個topic 睇倒話Philippine Consulate 不接受早過30日續約, 要事先去HK Immigration 唔知做啲咩手續証明申請提早續約, 之後先可再去Philippine Consulate喎?

有冇人可以幫忙解答, 唔該哂!

問左IMMG,您只要先去Philippine Consulate交文件,一般續約所須文件,然後再去IMMG交表及合約及文件,就ok了.

唔好意思, 但我見Philippine Consulate Web-site 有以下資料:

Those OFWs transferring to a new employer after finishing the former contract can process directly at Counter 17, while those with pre-terminated contracts must secure an ID 522 at the HK Immigration Department before they can process their new contract over-the-counter in the Consulate

咁提早續約算唔算pre-teminated呢? 我工人visa 本應出年12月先到期, 我都係有啲担心, Philippine Consulate 排完一輪隧話唔接受要再去過

我問個係immg咁答,我無問過領事館,但今次情況特別,應該佢地係有溝通過.

不過您可簽左張表帶埋去領事館先,如佢問咪比佢地睇囉.
(妖~~我都覺得呢單野好煩，搞黎搞去，取消左佢啦.)

They said they could only verify contract within 30 days from the VISA expiry date, so for pre-terminated contracts, does it mean we can start the process with the consulate on the day we terminate the old contract if it is 1 month notice?

I found that an agency in CWB costs HKD8xx for renewal maid, so it's a good deal if you don't want to wait long time in queue.

My helper just been in HK For 3 months, I hope that she knows how to renew it. BTW, is it the following costs for pre-terminate contract and renewing contract:

To legal entity: 領事館 $297.5 + 入境處 $160
To the helper: Unused annual leaves + HK-Manila & Manila -HK ticket fees
