Accountant min req is IELTS all-7 in one go, that\'s why all accountant applicants have at least 10 additional points from language. For your hubby, as mentioned by others, can give you 5 additional points as long as both are on SOL. So.. if all goes well, you can get 70 too.
Btw, your hubby can be the main applicant as IT usually no need 70+. I was granted PR visa a few months back as IT professional (65 points) without the need of my wife\'s 5 points (since I got all7 IELTS)
