I've read your posts concerning your case before cus I was sued by my ex-Yan almost at the same time as you were and I paid $1000 to conciliate the case in the tribunal.

I have the gut feeling that this current YAn of mine will do similar thing to me like suing me in the labour court, cus I notice that the Yans in my district are always keeping an eye on what happended to my Yan starting from the last time my ex-Yan sued me (They should be the ones to teach my ex-yans to do this to me).. I have actually dialed teh Labour Dept hotline in recent few days to enquire about if they have service of wtinessing termination of this kind and the lady answereing the phone said the labour depatment don't have such service...What a rubbish staff of the labour dept!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you know where such service can be found?? I really need it! Thanks!

其實還有一個方法,個衰工人唔鐘意食我地香港人d食物,咁就一日三餐都比印尼麵佢食,係佢家鄉食物一定無野講.

No way la, 咩咩豬 , I have different kinds of noodles in the cupboard which also includes Indonesian noodle but she says she is tired of all these food and just wants to get downstairs to have her own lunch for almost an hour.

I have np choice aprt from firing her.

But all I watn to tell ios that this Yan is very cunning and I expect that she is goign to play every trick on me no matter what I will do....something like refusing to sign any letter I give to her (eg termination letter) and thus I have to prepare what I should do if she plys her tricks on termination or evern run away next.

Actually I have hired another replacement already and it takes another 1 or 2 months or so. Of course, I won't keep such a rubbish in my house for two years.

間 agent is my so called "friend". I will still meet the contact woman all the time cus she is the mother of my kid's schoolmate. So I'd rather prefer not to contact/meet her anymore from now on, but I would avoid scolding at her Lor!

我會係出糧果時出埋, 一次過300蚊, 個agent都講唔夠, 但我話佢揀飲擇食, 無辦法同佢同枱喎......最後, 按合約我有權咁做, agent都無聲出, 但柴米油鹽, 樣樣都會用多咗, 因為佢自己買嘢返嚟煮
