I used 12 weeks and lost 10 kgs. The key point is the eating habit and do the exercise.
Before I ate too late, now I finish my dinner before 7p.m. If really cannot do it, then just eat oatmeal or fruit.
Separate cabonhydrate and protein.
That means: rice + veg. / Meat + veg. Less oil, no fried meal and fast food. No pork, no beef.
I also cannot jog because I am too heavy 78.6 kg before. I arrive home every night around 10:30.
Then I will go down to walk, if it is possible, I will walk back home from my office. Night time after walking, usually do the rope skipping. When I started, I could only jump 150 times but now 600 times.
I join nutritional diet center and reduced 24 pounds within 3 months. They teach me how to eat healthy and do appropiated exercise to reduce pounds. It costs me total $7xxx but I learn a lot in cooking and choosing healthy food.s All my family members benefit also because our cooking style and eating habits have changed. Quite surprise that my husband cholesterol became lower because of this.
