Uterine fibroid is quite commonly seen in women of reproductive age. Size of them varies a lot but yours is considered to be a large fibroid (> 5cm) and you may consider removing it plus the other two smaller ones before attempting to be pregnant.
While there is no hard evidence to say that fibroid will have an adverse outcome for a pregnancy, there are good evidence to suggest that large fibroid can increase your chance of spontaneous abortion.
So it is worth removing them before attempting further infertility treatment.
Thank you so much for your advice! I agree with you and decided to remove them first. I know it's not worth to spend so much money to do IVF while having the fibroid.
