I've read some comment that the water pipe are abit dirty and management fees is too expensive. don't know if it's true or not....any mummy live in classical garden can tell us?

water pipe dirty? 無咁既事喎

至於管理費, 好見人見智既
我既comment係佢地收你管理費係有做野囉
好多公家地方如果有問題佢會反應好快好主動去做好佢
地方長期好整潔好舒服
總好過一d 係交左管理費但唔做野的大廈掛?
我地就好滿意喇
