剛talk with labour dept, they said that I have to issue the air ticket & balanced salary to my maid within 7 days as the law. But my agency not reply me yet. I told my agency I paid her air-ticket then my maid to sign documents for me to make all clear, my agency told me she can find my maid through her mom's phone. I think her lie to me, my maid in her broading house actually. So I decided to go kabour department tomorrow.
I want to know how I issue the ticket and balanced salary to my maid within 7 days if my agency still not reply me.
How long my maid need to out of Hong Kong? Within 14 days?
If her give up her lauuage then she leave HK, where I can put her luagge ,still keep or through away? Because the balanced 17-25/9 is 9 days + air ticket -- not = $3,480.

唔好同 agent or 工人 or 任何自稱係工人代表的人講野, 佢地曉錄音 & 剪接屈您. 您去勞處開左 file 之後, 有事就要求佢地去勞處當面傾 (有勞處的人做證), 仲有, 任何野要求同工人本人傾, 呢 d 係您同工人之間的事, 所謂亞媽, 代表, etc. 通通唔使理.
工人來取行李, 全程錄低佢羅左乜野, 要求佢簽紙確認已經取走個人物件, 以後與您無關, 也不能再要求進入您屋企. 搵證人係避免佢玩野. 您搵老人家, 如果佢玩野發 din 您咪仲要顧多件?

今早去了勞工處,但因沒地址,聯絡唔到佢.所以話我不能開file. 話好多時agent收埋個工人. 勞工處advise我只有等佢來告我,但要7 天後. or 不了了之. 因工人要出境過immg.嗰關.
想問下去勞處當面傾 (有勞處的人做證), 任何野要求同工人本人傾, 呢 d 係我同工人之間的事, 所謂亞媽, 代表, etc. 可唔可以要求不在埸.因為我冇急材.,口材,越唸個工人可能處心積慮了很久.(her mom in hk 12yrs.)想我炒但不得逞,故做一埸戲set我.
而agent係佢那邊.
