The shop name in Tsuen Fung cetnre is called '+ 0 1', and this shop is located in the 3rd 場, no need to go up or down, just go straight, it's on your left hand side.

我係葵涌廣場買開個間係1/f 消費站，叫做"瀅"，鋪頭no唔記得，間鋪頭個招牌有條海豚logo，一入第一條行中間位置。個度仲有好多西裝褸買添!!
