my husband is a civil servant, he doesn't want to involve in labour dept (he is the name of employer), so we agree to pay money $1500, however the maid said she must receive cash and she hope me to give some more money as an allowance, I discussed with the staff in labour dept, she will be the witness for us.
1. never appoint the youngest one in the maid's family, she is 23 yrs old, but she doesn't seem like an adult. always 嬉皮笑臉. Even she requested money from us.
2. She borrowed money from her cousin, her cousin chase her money.
I really don't want to waste my time, I had nightmare last week.
yes, I will never use my husband name from now on, cause it is waste (my money). 她希望要錢, will find a employer again. Everytime she talk to me she say, "mom, I have no money". 我想if I don't give her some money, 她不會罷休.
Labour dept not suggested me to pay her money, but also not refused, they are only the middleman.
Of course she signed the one month notice letter that I passed to labour dept and she signed the receipt of air-ticket, I also paid by credit card.
