My goodness! How can your doctor said you do not need to inject the 5 in 1 again and switch to 3 in 1? You need to inject it 4 times. Roughly at 2 months, 4 months, 6 months and 1.5yrs old. You probably do not need to inject at 3 month but you can not switch to 3 in 1. You can not inject the 5 in 1 again because it will be duplicated. You then need to supplement the 3in1 with Hib and oral polio. It means two more injections. Plus the oral polio is not as good as the polio in 5 in 1. Too bad! Are they the same doctors? He should ask you to come next month instead of inject the 3 in 1 for you. Very bad doctor

Remember to give one more dose of Polio (oral) because your schedule seemed missing one dose. I think your schedule is still OK but I would say the doctor is very funny. What is the point of giving the 3 in 1 in 3 months? Then you need to give extra injection of Hib and oral Polio. One point of giving 5 in 1 is to reduce the number of injections, the side effects is comparatively lower and the possibility of having those diseases is much lower than that of in 3 in 1. Now you still give the oral Polio and hence it totally loses the point. In fact, I am not sure whether it is OK to give 3 doses of parenteral (injectable) polio and one dose of oral Polio. 一歲針 is MMR vaccine and not either 5 in 1 nor 3 in 1. The MMR vaccine the doctor used in private or public clinic is exactly the same. They are both manufactured by MSD. Hence, there is no point of switching to private clinic just because of the 一歲針. I think if you have already injected the 3 in 1, then I do not think you can inject the 5 in 1 in 1.5 yrs old because you will miss the first three injections of Hib.
