Actually, she doesn't want to renew the contract with me. She said that she is bored working here for 4 years and wants to change the working environment. She also said that taking care of 2 kids and do all the cleaning and cooking every day is quite heavy. I understand her workload is really very heavy. After coming back home from work, I just leave everything to her for I'm so tired.
But I think the main reason is that my mum stays at home from Mon - Fri. She even takes my maid to the market every day. I think my maid doesn't like it for she cannot talk to her friends even in the market... but of course she didn't mention this point.
