12/2 百世first delivered my parcel to the old point and got rejected. The fxxxxxx delivery man called me and finally arranged to leave it at their shop for my pickup. sent me SMS about the address of the shop, it's at the "Commercial City".
14/2 as previously agreed over the phone, I went to "Commercial City" 百世 to pick up the parcel. But I was told that the parcel was not with them, but at their shop at train station. I went to train station but being told the parcel had been sent back to one of their Shenzhen points. I asked for the address, the staff wrote down for me, and told me that Shop was near 國貿. I took MTR, arrived, asked the people, they checked online map and found out it was far from 國貿. The fxxxxxx staff gave me false info. I then gave up to try as I didn't want to take taxi and being fooled around. Immediately I called my seller and asked for re-despatch service to Dongguan warehouse. Seller told me the delivery company will charge 6 yuan. I said no problem and paid online immediately.
15-18/2 (total 4 days) totally no update on the whereabouts of the parcel. The update info always stayed on 12/2 as "delivering" by Train Station Point staff. I highly suspect that the parcel could not be located thus re-delivery couldn't be done. I initiated refund request (the parcel price + 6 yuan). The seller said she kept watching and therefore would not proceed. If really 5 days after my request being issued, the refund will be approved automatically by system and the money will get back to my account.
19/2 I was prompted by parcel message system. The parcel started moving from Shenzhen to Dongguan in the very late evening of 18/2. It's expected the parcel will arrive at the warehouse tomorrow. I then contacted the seller, withdraw my refund request (only the parcel price, but not the 6 yuan). Obviously the company could not locate the parcel during the past 4 days, it's their fault and they should be accountable. I told the seller that I had been highly irritated by the delivery company's service in the whole case. That 6 yuan the delivery company should never charge us. The seller agreed and will file a complaint to the delivery company, aiming to claim back that 6 yuan paid.
Conclusion: F______ 百世!!!!
I shall update next time and see if my parcel has got any damages or not.
