第一,我comment話slave時it wasn't directed at you, I said "in general",我唔知你做乜自己無啦啦對號入座,第二,我講呢講去係話首先互相尊重,講好expectations,同時亦自己衡量吓俾人工作份量,做唔到要consult,再試,不斷fail或deliberately fail,then as an employer you have to make up your mind ,keep定唔keep個工人。唔想日日勞氣就炒人,唔係就搵個方法work together。呢啲logic同procedures同普通公司請員工冇分別,我唔明你做乜要咁defensive
我絕對冇當佢係女咁湊,但我絕對當佢係一個親近啲嘅員工,佢做得唔啱我會同佢講,你要識得去Manage一個人as if you are a company manager。我屋企由細到大嘅工人個個都做冇十年有七八年,其中一個我諗差唔多做咗20年佢而家仲喺度。同我哋同台食飯,可以用我哋嘅洗衣機,個個屋企人對佢客客氣氣,佢亦盡心盡力同我地做嘢。講咁耐我只不過切想帶出一點就係,如果你用心待人人哋應該都會用心對待你。當然如果佢哋一開始係想作你一筆咁就令作別論,呢啲人不留也罷。如果你哋覺得唔啱聽嘅可以略過就算唔使話我是非不分。
