Go to emergency. If you tell them bb has 104, you are in the fast queue. If u still want to waste less time, arrive before 7:30am. My son has gone N times, I know the drill. First time, at 6 months, 1 week fever, medicine has no effect. Then 104 with rash all over his body. He was asked to leave in 3 days after they found out it was just flu and he had fever for another 2 weeks before he got well. But at least, I felt safer than not doing anything.
Last time was last year. The doc at the clinic gave him fever medicine but the fever never went down. I went to emergency and it was tongsilitis . Go to a hospital with children's ward.
