If the letter to the IMMIGRATION has no use then why the Immigration need our termination letter with reason.
My own experience was when I fired my own Philip maid and l wrote a letter about the reason of termination and listed out every detailed things she has done to hurt me and my baby.......and suggest that she is not suitable for taking care of babies!!!
Immigration was very appreciated of all these information and they will take it seriously in consideration of her next visa applicaion.
