我都覺得去返 sars 價機會好細 (雖然我想佢跌多 d, 因為我係準買家). 新年前後我都見有唔少人睇樓, 所以市場上其實係有好多人係有 $$ 買樓架, 不過個個都話會繼續跌, 同埋睇埋新年後既情況先決定買唔買, 同幾時買...

淨係我識既人都有好多話準備買樓...

聽好多人講, 大家一去到自己想入既價就會買, 我都係, 所以市場重有一班支持者...

最近d 價升番好多, 我以前賣出果度同埋而家新租既地方都升番大約十幾巴仙.
仲以為賣平左比人~
