河姐,
My 中女 is 36 years old, but face look like 40+. Seems very health, as she can wake up at around 5:xx and went to sleep after 10:30.
I learn from Polly 姐, cook same dish for 3 days, 1 time I cook she see, second time she cooks I see, 3th time she cook alone.
I told her this yesterday when we cook dinner;
Me: "Mxxy Jxxx, you don't need to scare to ask meif don't understand anything. I can see you are hard working and willing to learn, as I understood that you never cook Chinese food when you are in Philp., only those maid who is lazy, not willing to learn + not doing job well will get "fire".
中女: Yes, Mom (with smile)
Me: Try your best to learn more for cook Chinese food, so few years later when you back to your country you can open a Chinese restaurant with your husband (her c6 is a chinese cook), then you will have a better life with your family.
中女: (very nice smile)
Me: "BUT" remember to do work faster as this is HK style, we hate slow motion, and Sir cannot stand for wait.
