they only remember their holidays and pay days. In fact, they are no heart to work for you. They don't like the job. My last maid is the same, after 1yr still can't remeber anything. Fired after guilty of stealing. But she can still find a job!!!! Lucky, my new maid is good. My friend told me that never tolerate, no good then fired them, they will never improve no matter how many chances you give them patiently.
