i also have this problem when my daughter was born until now.....around 4.5mths.....i always unhappy and thinking negative....after i told my husband & my sister, cos when i c my daughter crying, i also crying, and i always worry about her......and sometimes i can't control my thinking, but now, im better than b4, cos sharing is important, and my sister accompanies with me go outside....so now i feel comfortable d la.....so u are add oil, dun think too much, keep relax.....!!
