I consulted Dr Peter Lo for both of my kids' birth. They are now 7 yrs old and 5 months old.
My first kid has inborn problem, he was diagnosed to be autistic when he was one and a half years old. His birth was very smooth with no problem and I understood he was born to be autistic and that has nothing to do with Dr Lo. I regularly consulted Dr Lo and when he first knew my son has problem he was very concerned and everytime seeing me he will inquire about my son's development and situation, though each time I came to him for regular check-up only. That shows he cares not only the patient but her family.
Perhaps it is because my first son has problem, at the moment I gave birth to my second baby in Baptist hospital he insisted we need to let a separate Dr professional for infants to do check-up for bb in the first days. When we hesitated about the extra cost for a separate doctor, he immediatedly offered us $1,500 discount for his own charge and strongly suggested to be careful with our second bb is more important then money. Of course we took his advise and now our bb is very healthy. I thank Dr Lo so much and I believe in his professional judgement too.
Though I do not know Dr Lo too well (he has not much to say each time and says precisely the main points), but I can feel he has the care and love for his patients and their families. I really like to say thanks to him but seems there is no chance to say so.
It seems I'm adverrtising Dr Lo but i'm not, hope U all don't mind I'm talking so much about him.
