I read an artical by a Artist (Cheung Yuk Shan). She also a CEO of some cosmetic products. She recommand to use Hemorrhoid cream. Just use a small amount under the eye and it will gone. I know it seem to be awful to use it but it really shrinks and work perfectly for me.

You have mentioned by using a small amount under the eyes and it will gone? Please tell me what will gone? Black circle or eye bag? Which one?
How to apply? And what is the name of that cream? Do I need to present any doctor's letter in order to get it? How much is it?
