I'm a full time mom and will only pump the milk out when i need to leave bb at home for my hubby to take care. Recently i find my milk supply is dropping and could only pump less than 1oz!!

Therefore i keep drinking fish soup and keep pumping once a day to maintain some milk storage for emergency use. Since now i'm not 隨pump隨有!

Someone said the milk supply will drop when "M come"! I've started feeding one meal of congee to BB now and maintain 4 meals of breastfeeding in daytime. Hoping that she will lessen the night time feeding cause the weather is going cold now!

I wonder because of the cold weather she may need more milk, she has requested the night time feeding each 2-3 hours, it's still a bit tough for me although i don't need to work the other day!!

今日同育嬰院話晴晴唔夠重，育嬰院即刻叫我轉食奶粉，一定會重！個主任話佢ｄ小朋友從來唔會唔夠重的，"應該"係人奶唔夠營養，激氣 ！（全院得我餵全人奶）
雖然晴晴未見醫生，但健康院姑娘都無話係因為我餵人奶，所以ｂｂ唔夠重！

我都係餵緊人奶ga, 我個bb今個月都無重過, 但我會堅持繼續餵. 姑娘叫我可以餵糊仔比佢食, 不過佢都唔肯食, 我都唔知點啦!!!

個mug 主任黎架? 有無常識架? 人奶會唔夠營養? 我老公個細老個囡, 由出世到而家歲幾喇, 都係食奶粉大 (s26), 不過佢都唔夠重, 健康院d 姑娘話佢屬於"加細碼". 不過佢都健健康康, 無問題喎.

我個囡最初都唔肯食糊仔, 我大約keep 住每日一餐比佢食, 佢而家已食左大約一個月, 已好好多了, 比佢食一匙糊仔, 佢都會食到8成, 其餘2成會係佢咀角或去左口水肩. 慢慢來喇, 我諗唔係個個bb 一開始就識食既.

我只係餵左人奶兩個月,都非常之懷念同bb果種親密感!當初因為驚唔夠奶,就黎番工,自己唔夠堅持,又未知有呢度可以傾下,終於停左.之後不知幾後悔 :cry: (尤其是當我bb唔跟我0既時候)所以我都入0黎同你地打下氣

Helen,
I think I am also the only 全母乳 mom at 育嬰院. When I told the teachers that my baby need to feed very frequently at home, she always said that my breastmilk not 'good' enough.

有時見到咁多人對母乳有"誤解", 尤其係個d要照顧小朋友既姑娘 / 主任, 真係好傷心...

無錯, 只要bb食得訓得玩得, 我都覺得重量唔係大問題...

jo, 慢慢黎啦, 千祈唔好夾硬餵呀, 如果唔係, bb會認定左個樣係佢唔鍾意既野, 咁就會更加抗拒架啦...

My baby 近期堆身食奶次數多左, 由以前 3-4 hours 一次 變左 1.5 to 2 hours 一次。 但係育嬰院 still 4 hours 一次, 但比以前飲多一安。 點解? 係咪我唔夠奶? 定因為天氣乾燥, BB 會否增加飲奶次數?

你地D BB 有冇同樣情況?

maymay, 如果係屋企埋身餵, 我無計住佢幾耐食一次... 但bb飲多左奶, 我估原因真係有好多, bb依家活動量大左, 可能要食多d野補充體力... 你講既乾燥, 亦有可能, 我地大人呢排都要飲多d水啦... 猛長期亦可能係...

你開始餵糊仔未呀?? 如果未, 可以試下俾少少...

要有信心, 記住只要我地肯餵, 我地就會夠奶架啦...

My bb eat more too, similar to u, before than she eat every 4 hours, but now she eat every 3 hours, sometimes even every 2 hours at midnight!!
i think may be 猛長期 or the cold weather.

You may try add more 糊仔 or 粥仔, as i discover bb seem to be more satisfied!

其實我無把主任的說話放在心，但我擔心佢地會偷偷地餵奶粉囉，希望唔會啦！
我都係，身邊ｄ人都話餵人奶好丫，但大部份聽到我而家仲有餵，就好surprise：乜餵咁耐仲有奶咩？
大部份人對餵人奶真係一知半解，不過好彩我阿媽同我奶奶無講乜野。我阿媽就曾因我健康問題，叫我餵到六個月好了；但呢排我無乜唔妥，我阿媽就無出聲。而我奶奶餵佢大仔都餵到歲幾，所以無質疑餵人奶的唔好。不過因為最近多了一些餵哺母乳的負面報導，我老爺就講過幾次叫我餵奶粉。但反正又唔係同佢地一齊住，應佢兩句就算。最緊要係老公要幫口！

我晴晴呢排無話食得特別密，但朝早早o左喊肚餓。以前佢通常6點左右會醒要食奶，但而家4點零或5點零就要食，所以朝早泵奶好有壓力！

As your also require more milk, then I know at least not solely my milk supply problem.

Yes Helen, my baby require midnight feeding. In addition, 以前我會比冇咁谷個邊佢食, 而我用谷個邊 pump 奶。 But recently my baby refuse to eat 冇咁谷個邊. He will cry. So I have to give 谷個邊 佢食, so very difficult to pump milk. Just like last night, I can only pump 2 ozs. This morning, I can only pump 3 ozs.

The stored frozen milk have been decreased from 24 to less than 14 now and I need to use 1-2 packs per day. I believe I will use them up after 1 week. I think I may need to supplement milk powder la.

But I will try 多奶茶 this weekend.

Dont worry about your milk volume and quality. Both of them are better than my case. My milk volume of left breast is nearest to "0". I just breast my son and pump milk from my right breast since a few month ago. So far, no problem to Aiken until now. Thus, Don't worry be happy!!!!

I tried the "green papaya" last sunday. No big difference and improvement. i will keep try it!!!. Due to the green papaya cant eat as a fruit, so i streamed it by hot water before eat. You can try it but the taste is really bad!!!

Did not hear you mention that...why your left breast has nearest "0" milk? Since the beginning? Did you consult the doctor or 健康院?
So your right breast really generate a lot of milk la...

Can the normal papaya increase milk supply?

According to Glad's advice, the "green papaya" is better than the normal papaya. I tried the normal one with milk before, huhuhu........... still no big difference.

I told my case to健康院. They said that maybe the 乳線of my left breast is not well-developed. so, the volume is less!!!
Also, i only fed my BB by my right breast at the beginning. So............................
Now, I only can pump less than 1 oz milk from my left breast everytime!!!! :cry:

heheh..............so 現在我的胸部嚴重大細邊！！ :mrgreen:

I only pumped out 7 ozs today with 3 ozs this morning and 4 ozs this afternoon. Hope I can pump more tonight...
