My previous yan yan also need to wake her up each morning. After she wake up, she just sit in the sofa waiting for me and my husband to go out to work. Then she went back to sleep la. Always watching TV with my bb (1 month old) when I back from work. I cannot bear her any more and fire her after 5 months. :evil:

---(My usual wear is a causal bag --- not a typical small handbag coz I need to take my lunch box inside.,..) U see, your bag is so...

, I have a Chanel Class A handbag here, I sell it to you with no extra charge la."

M = "No thanks. I understand I can't interfere what you do in your rest day BUT I would like to remind you that selling these bags are illegal and you wold be caught by customs...and I would not allow you to bring any of these bags to my home, otherwise..."

B="Yesss, I know I know... but this time I bring this Chanel bag to you coz you know your bag is so cheap ma... you need to dress well and beautiful...

and Once, she spray perfume' inside bb room (also her room)...

and I stop her and asked her why she did this...

B: "U know, the winter clothes have stored it for some time... and some smell from it...(Of coz I know since she didn't wash well before store!!!) and so spray some perfume on it to cover the smell!!!!!!!! ?-( ?-( ?-( ?-( ?-( Crazy!

M: "It is harmful to my bb coz he is only 4 months old!!! Never use it in bb room again"

B: "......

when we all need to go out (15 minutes after than the above dialogue)... at the last moment before we close the main door...SHe...

B:"Mom, wait a minute, I want to change the clothes"

So...we all (I, my husband and my bb) wait her for 10 minutes.,..

And then ...when she comes out... SHE HAD CHANGED ANOTHER SET OF CLOTHES!!!

B: "okay, we go la"

If you were me, 死未??? "likes "Fashion show"....we all need to wait for her to change the clothes...and she dresses of coz not like a maid la...Levis + Converse!!!

你幾時比佢'放大假'? 你抄佢果日, 集齊人馬, 最好搵埋管理員上樓, 看住佢執行李, 有d人會用view cam錄底佢執野的過程, 以免佢玩野.

prepare好晒d文件, 叫佢簽收, 跟住趕佢出門口, 再通知有關的人(例如管理處, playgroup等), 以後不可以比佢再入係座大廈.

this Friday/Saturday... depends on the airticket is available or not... COZ I've asked the labour department and the woman said I'm so unlucky to have this poor maid at home... and she said to prevent her to 玩野, buy the international flight ticket and give to her by the time I fry her,,, (coz I don't know her destination --domestic flight is...)

the document - I've prepared the receipt stating all the sum to her (one month salary in lieu of notice... salary, annual leave, transportation cost) plus the air ticket... which need her to sign acknowledgement...

Viewcam? Well, I'll try to borrow one and will record the whole process...

How abt the timing? Can I fry her after she does all the things in the afternoon (She need to iron the clothes on Saturday afternoon)?

and how abt can I exam what she bring out of my family???

and how abt the diagloue to start with: Should it be like this:

"Emma, from tomorrow onwards, we don't need you to work in my home anymore, here is the final sum I pay you..." (and I read all the items and count the $$ to her)

or... any suggestion?

Sorry, this is the first time I employ a housemaid but very unluckily also the first time I fry a housemaid after 5 months.

this bun was transferred by my church friend... so not through agency gaaaa :cry: :cry: :cry: and therefore I don't know her destination... but I've written on the receipt of final sum to her that she needs to contact my friend who is working in an agent for arranging her domestic flight... will it work?

Ur starting dialogue is good arr... I will remember and use it ...heeee! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I really hope to 激到佢生蝦甘跳! coz I pay $6000 to her ga. :mrgreen:

6000元, 無辦法, 我抄過3個, 依家呢個第4個, 好傷, 所以我選擇比1個月通知佢. 31號走law.

你唔知佢個原居地唔緊要架, 你比張機票係去到manila, 之後再補hk$100比佢就得架啦. labour department講架. 我都係咁做.

我果個開頭仲同我講話$100唔夠佢返到屋企. 但係我話我無去過philippines所以我唔知, 我叫佢如果有問題可以問勞工署. 不過, 最後都無野. 因為我全部按晒勞工法例補比佢.

It is true that the maid cares about X'mas very much. If ok, I will usually give her holiday on those days. Regarding your case, I am sorry to hear about it. Hope the following helpful to you.

1. You should pay up to the destination on your employment contract with her. Check with the empolyment agent or travel agent if in doubt.

2. When I fire my bun bun last time, I told her that "From now on, I don't need your services, however, I will pay you including today's salaries"

3. When you issue the ticket, do not buy the cheap one with fixed date. You may buy the one way ticket valid for one month (usually cheaper) but date changable.

4. The Bun Bun knows that she need to go to the Immigration Dept within 14 days after terminated. So a fixed date ticket is not appropriate.

5. She asked if she can stay in my house until she actually leave. I said "No", you have to leave now, if you have no place to live, you better go to the immigration now...

6. I remember that the most important thing that she care was the termination letter (whether it is a clean report or not).

7. To avoid the immediate conflict and etc. I did not put much in the termination letter. However, on the covering letter to the Immigration, I provided full details why the maid was teminated.

8. I do use video cam to record the whole process.

9. If you are able to set up a telephone recording machine, try to switch it on for a few months. This will help if she can and says something bad to you. You may report to the police.
