actually, the product that i use is a kind of food instead of medicine...you know, it's quite dangerous to take in medicine to lose weight coz we're not sure about the components of those stuffs....
the herbal products is called sunrider and is come from usa...start by a chinese herbal expert and his wife is a medical doctor... v. reliable...my friend use it for many years la..and, she now have two babies tim..
and, i use it for a few months...the advantages of this food is that i feel my body is healthier than before, and, if i stop use the product...my weight just remain the same...don't suddenly rise up..
i feel it safe as i just notice that my weight gradually decrease...
