1pm snacks (biscuit)
2.30pm 220ml
3pm nap for 1hr
6.15pm congee 1 big bowl
7.30pm 180ml milk
8pm sleep
11pm 140ml milk
sleep until 7sthg in the morning
But recently my baby is a bit crazy, doesn't feel sleepy in the afternoon, can play until 7sthg pm then go to bed.
