my bro+sis in law+sis in law's family hold over 10 麗港城 units, can't feel or see how good the price is. if sell price is reasonable, of course 有价有市 la.

i still hv 1 property, the price is just the same as 2007-2008, no upside in my real estate.
also in Mei Foo (there's a real estate called Ying Fai Toi), price is the same as 3 years ago.
recently visited a few units in Jardine Lookout, price not yet reach peak price last year.

i believe u are the only person who said 有价有市 ga ja. my agents are very fed up with the high price and asked me not to buy now.

"有价有市"還是"有價無市"唔係你或者我講就算咖，我只是話俾大家知我今日收的料，個地產俾我的料是本月麗港城到今日為止所知的成交近50間，而我的個人認知是如果呢個屋苑今個月成交有近50間都唔應該叫做"有價無市"喇掛。當然我唔知個地產有無點我，不過我估應該唔會，我識左佢十幾年，我睇樓唔洗簽睇樓紙既。

你屋企人hold左近十個麗港城物業同代表d乜野？代表佢睇麗港城準得過hold了9個物業的人？如果道理係咁既，我可以話你知我睇麗港城準過你屋企人喇。

Once again it proved you are not always right! I am not always bullish, actually I was quite bearish in 1997, I have sold my only apartment on May 12, of 1997, and bought my 2nd apartment on 2001. Now all properties in hand are earning. I am not a victims of 1997. Actually I have make quite some profit in 1997 and 2003's crash, and hopefully, in 2009.

Yes, I am bullish right now.

ok, let's not argue.
i was once bearish now bullish. the price up to Jun 09 is acceptable to me, but Jul and Aug secondhand real estate prices are crazy.
