豪宅都要咁, 咁就難想像 d. 要個工人瞓個大櫃我就唔會, 有個仔0係佢手上, 會多 d concern.

其實而家我租緊果度, 已經有類似既 design, 不過而家果間係 storeroom, 而家入面已經有晒將來我地會比佢既嘢 (除左床啦).

你講得啱架, 我係佢, 都會想有個私人空間. 而家所謂係佢既房, 我地既書台又0係裡面, 時不時我地, 特別係我老公都要入去做嘢, 真係好唔方便. 所以每次我有咁既提議, 我老公話唔係幾好, 我都會話你唔係佢你點知, 佢有個私人空間唔係更好 mere? 我係佢我會想, 不過 ventilation 就真係要諗下點攪 je.

因為我老公想私隠度高 d, 所以佢其實想搬去另一個屋苑 (都係同區不過唔同地鐵站), 不過我就唔係太想, 因為好夾硬咁整左個 3房2 toilets 出來, d 房真係好細, 個 living room 又窄, 我知我個仔一定會唔開心...因為佢而家可以0係個 living room 揸住佢架 bu bu 車玩, 到時一定唔得啦.

其實除左工人房, 我重想請教下大家. 我個仔一醒就要我, 我老公都攪佢唔掂. 所以一開初諗 3 房係想0係我地同個仔既房同工人間房中間( corridor) 整多度門, 咁夜晚瞓我地同 bb 房可以唔 close, 淨係 close 間開我地同工人果度門就得啦, 而家如果我買間兩房, 都唔知點好? 唔可能開門瞓... 真係煩...

Tell the truth, the place I am living now is the same:
The bun bun's room haven't got windows. There have some 百葉 on the lower half part of the door.
It equiped with air-conditioner. The size is about 50 sq feet only (7 feets x 7 feets). However, the store room (larger) has windows but no bed. I told her I can put a sofa bed inside the store room for her. However, she can only use half of the room as we may put our belongings inside.
I let her to choice.
She want the helper's room without windows. She said that there are a lot of drawers and space for her to put her belongings.
P.S. If the weather is very hot, I let her to turn on the air-conditioner. As there are 百葉 on the lower half part of the door, I can know does she turn on the air-conditioner or not.

但訓係入面果個又可能會覺得唔夠'私隱'...

其實'百葉'都唔係唔好, 而家開著個 storeroom 門就開唔倒個大門. 不過又咁講, 咁熱既天氣, 我係佢都唔會想關門. 至於佢換衫一樣要0係 toilet. 不過有自己既地方真係好 d lor (我覺得).

不過 ventilation 就真係要諗下點攪 je.
may be you can instore the air-conditioner inside that room. You can let her to turn on the air-conditioner only when the weather is very hot.

You can use the normal door, but with 百葉 on the bottom of the door. She can lock the door when she sleep/changing inside her room.

間房點整 air-con? 木板可以 support 到嗎? 不過就算整倒我都唔會整啦, d 電費真係好貴呀....

其實我知有好多 hk families 都有類似我既煩惱, 好多都唔會多理個工人點諗. 但係我而家個工人, 話佢唔好 mere 又唔係好差, 話佢好 mere 我又唔會咁講 lor. 不過至少佢都重叫做無對我個仔做過 d mud 衰嘢, 只係一般工人有既煩嘢佢都有. 所以出年佢完約前如果佢都可以 keep 住而家咁既水準, 我都會想 renew 佢. 佢之前同我地講, 話佢0係 hk 既 aunt 話頭兩年既約好緊要, 所以我地都會擔心如果個環境佢真係唔 like, 忍我地兩年就同我地 bye-bye, 到時又要買驚風'省'食, 因為唔知下一個工人會點...

Be frank if I were her I cannot close the door when I sleep but she may be different to me. May be 百葉 at bottom of the door is good but she may still think changing her cloths inside the toilet is more safety.
PS: My maid showed to us that she is quite shy.

No, this room is built by the constructor (SHK).
I don't know why, it has a wall (face outside) but haven't 'open' the windows. May be it is designed for dressing room (no windows)?????

No, when you close the door, you can't see inside.
When she stand behide the door, you can only see her feet. As I know, a lot of 'public' toilet using similiar door (for partition doors) in hk.
