聽到你係一個樂觀既人咁都放心d, 其實申下都好, 唔好收埋收埋.

我都係架, 申完就冇野架lu.

我仲未開始開工呀, 我上個月中開始學人量體温, 但覺得d體温好似好低咁. 我二月尾去旅行. 所以我諗我最快都要三或四月先開始開工.

I m same as u. I did everything this month-temp, Clearplan, herbal medicine. My M is late yet temp just dropped this morning - SOO disappted. I see others temp over 37, yet I never able to reached this. I'm already 35 yrs old yet waiting for my first pregnancy!!! soo upset!

I do understand what the feeling u got right now! Come on, Cheer up! Let's just try our best to take it easy! Relaxing~~~

As I know, whether the temp over 37 or not is not the main point. It depends. Someone might only have the highest temp at 36.7 or around according the books. Only maintaining high temp over 14 days is the signature of bingo. Don't worry about that.

I consulted the doctor about this problem when I went for a general bodycheck this morning. She said it is not necessary to focus on catch the right "egg day", what I should pay attention more is don't suffer from stress all the time. I think it is also what u should avoid doing as well. Relaxing and relaxing, then we will get gift naturely soon!Take care!

It's so nice to have encouragement from u & other sisters here. Yes I think stress is just as important as temp and egg day, yet I can't seem to do anything about that - seems beyond my control.
Sigh, guess must try harder next month.
