I checked "Egl tours" the ANA package for 3 days 2 nights, stays at Keio Plaza is $3599, extend the air ticket to 9 days need to pay more $500, if extra stay at Tokyo Bay Hotel is $1900 per night , is the price reasonable? By the case, just I have air ticket , my husband & my 4yrs son need to buy the ticket, so I have compare the price for join the package (if join the package, my son need to upgrade ) or separate to buy the ticket and the hotel, can you give me advise?
From you message, I cannot figure out your trip's details. You mentioned that you would like to extend the air ticket to 9 days, so where you plan to stay at the rest of the day?
If possible, can you let me know the details of your trip, i.e. deparutre date, hotel to stay etc, after I checked with my travel agent, I will let you know the price, if you think it is acceptable, you can call them directly to arrange. Or you can send p.m. to me.

(1) the fire work take place every day, but it last for about 5 minutes only in Disneyland, don't expect too much, for Disney Sea, it is a different show which inclusive of firework every day.
(2) personally speaking, I prefer Ambassador Hotel, because I will to go Disney Sea for one day only, and there is cake shop and Chef Mickey in Ambassador Hotel, I feel it is more convenience.
(3) I did not stay in both hotel before, cannot give you any advise. But I believe it is very convenience to go to both park.
(4) There are different type of the food inside the park, i.e. fast food shop, Japanese food, for details, you can access Tokyo Disney's web site.
(5) My daughter she doesn't like "浸溫泉", she said it is too hot for her, so I never do this with her in Japan.
