normally buyer will 買一間貴d已有裝修. but of course u have to like the 裝修.
for example:
for a renovated flat the sale price is 1.5m, u have to pay 0.45m upfront
for a 平d flat (normally abt 5% less), sale price is 1.42m, u have to pay 0.426m upfront, but at least 50-100k renovation, total at least 0.476m.
if your finance is tight, the former will be a better choice for u.
FYI, 50k 裝修 can only redo the walls/wall paper, change all the doors and door knobs, some refurbishing in toilet (i.e. repaint, not change toilet/bath tub etc)) and change all kitchen cupboard doors+sink basin. if u want to redo 1 toilet and kitchen, have to add another 5x-6xk.
