我7月份賣海典都係250萬, 點知升到270-280呀, 新港城咪仲舊? 曉峰唔係好舊啫, 不過果頭真係唔係咁方便, 我住海典都住咗6年, 買野, 食飯都要搭車去市中心, 而且我媽咪住富寶, 仔仔係佢揍, 所以想買番近市中心

為何又話自己「睇中609呎高層望山架, 我阿媽話唔好望海呀, 佢話有靠山有靠山喎. 但個業主未賣俾我地架, 今日同佢講電話, 佢..話仲有人會睇, 我諗佢可能想睇定d先呀. 你覺得247萬貴唔貴呀? 但佢有埋裝修架, 又keep得真係好新. 我同老公都好鍾意囉..希望呢個星期日再去睇既時候真係買到啦. 佢千祈唔好賣俾人呀...」

究竟cthmama係一邊放售609'曉峰靠山單位，
另一邊又想買另一個609'曉峰又係靠山單位？

咁點解cthmama會在同一時間想放售及買入同一屋苑、相同呎數、同一景觀、又差不多價錢嘅單位哩？

真令人費解？

我點解唔買曉峯灣畔?? 因為我未放到自己層樓, 冇彈藥, 連樓都唔敢睇住, 怕自己鍾意又冇錢買....

但mos, 我首選係海典居, 真係唔錯, 但3房太貴了, 只可以考慮2房.

my 股票 ok, but lose xxk from Sep -Oct so now have to chase back, not far.
買咗樓 as i need one, cannot always rent a flat ga ma (although I have 1 flat already, now the 2nd).

buy IPO, the 3 new ones shd be ok.

Congratulations c-wong!!! I recall you were looking a few mths ago. R u busy with renovations now?

I didn't think u would buy so fast, as I keep remembering your phrase "ride on boat". But no worries la, as even that Dubai World thing could not bring the sentiment down, so I think u made a good choice to buy. But since u have anr flat, did u ever think about moving to yr other flat and wait for price to come down?

But whatever the case, congrats and enjoy yr new purchase...:lol:

i have been convinced by the mkt that prop and stock will not go down a lot further so i won't wait la. if wait, never will buy a flat. hot money certainly will go away 1 day, but maybe after 1-2 years after prop price rises another 20%. after hot $ leaks out, prop price may then have a 10% down, which may still be more expensive than buying now.
some props are still reasonably priced. as long as can repay mortgage without much pressure, i think it's ok.
to be realistic, we shdn't look back at the cheap prices which we saw in Q4 08-Q2 09
