fix the morning feed no matter what time you fed him during the night. for example, fix the first morning feed @ 7am, then, every 4 hours, it become 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm, 11pm then, if you feed him mid-night feed @ 5am (not necessary a full feed, just enough to let bb fall back to sleep), then, still first feed @ 7am.
