Yes. The most thing that I concern is
1.how about the teacher? Are they nice to the children?
2.Last year I went to take a look of the school but the teachers are not nice to us. When we left the school, they don't even say bye bye to my boy, but he is waving his hand..he is quite sad..
3.How about the level of the English??
4.I know there is 2 teachers per class in Anchors, 1 native teacher and 1 Chinese. How about here?
5.If there is any problem, will the teacher accept the parents comment or at least listen to the parents?

Don't worry. Actually Anchor is interviewing the parents but not the children. And they will accept you if there is seat available. Not difficult at all, at least my case is like that. Last year my son and I just go in, my son is very naughty and palying around. Didn't want to sit down even a minute. But he is now the student too.
