I got no relative to help me and I had many bad experience with local maids.
I must admit that I have been very loud at her and made her scared yesterday. Although I did not mean to hurt her but the damage is done. I have spoken to the Philipine consulate and they said will let her think it over and they will arrange a meeting with her later and decide from then.
On the other hand, my husband said better to finalize the employement, even if she change her mind and decide to come back, we will only use her for the interim period to find a new maid because she is no longer sincere.

Totally agree! You shouldn't use her even she wwants to come back to work for you. She is here in HK only for 2 weeks and alrady acts like this, what will she do if she works longer here! I know you are kind and respects her, but bear in mind, respect is mutual! Is she the one who deserves this?

I totally agreed with GiGi'ma. At the very beginning, this maid doesn't like to take care of your daughter. Now, having this unhappy experience, how can she does it? I would worry about the safety of your child being alone with the crazy maid.
