呢家亞仔15月大,
9:00am - 食奶100ml+芝士糊仔30ML
10:30am - 生果
11:30pm - 食奶 200ML
2:30pm - 食粥仔+魚+瓜/菜 (大半碗)
5:30pm - 奶200ML
8:15pm - 8:30食粥仔, 但唔係好肯食
10:00pm - 150ML奶
個餐單好似 ...

小朋友大左, 要食多少少固體食物先可以夠飽呢.
阿女都係早晚一餐奶, 而家佢冇再食粥仔, 改食糷飯仔lu..都係配魚/肉/菜做送, 食固體餐食得夠飽, 佢就可以唔駛食奶架喇...所以而家都係一日4 餐~
9:00 milk 160lml
