I don't think u need any specific brand name tool, just a v. simple small plastic one is ok. It applies to both my kids.
The best time to let bb try is when they're hungry. I've tried giving my bb eating and she loves it ( the same as her brother ). no need to force them eating too much, 1 or 2 spoons at the begining.
anyone know a good way to make mash apple ?? I find it v. hard to mash apple, banana is easy but not apple. I tried using spoon and fork, it's difficult to mash it.
