hihi Hildatong,

you are right, 打工皇后!!!! You know in these 2 months, I haven't been scolding her!!! (she came on 8 Mar) But today I really couldn't stand it! my maid knocked on the toilet door when my mom was in it. (I was not at home). My mom opened the door which she was doing a 'small' and thought there was something serious happened to my son as my son was ill, sleeping in his room. The maid only wanted to put a bucket into the toilet!

I scolded my maid for not respecting my mother!! and she said, 'so I will resign!'

GOOD!! I don't want someone who has such ill manner in my home anyway!!!

我未生個女之前有請開家務助理 ga (因為我有哮喘, 唔可以索消毒劑 d 味), 佢幫我做左 2-3 年, 每2個week 就上黎幫我打掃, 每次 4 -5 個鐘, 都ok ga...
後來我生左個女,請左個賤印 9 個月, 換左個新 ge 姐姐, 由於我要返工, 唔可以好似之前坐月咁教個姐姐做野, 我搵返個家務助理幫我手教姐姐, e + 個姐姐 (暫時) 做得好好

yes, she has resigned and will stay here for 1 month! I don't care, I won't be NICE to her!

She has submitted the resignation to agent on 5 Jun, and the agent still keeps it. So if she 反口, I won't listen to her!

The agent is crazy, she told my husband that I shouldn't scold the maid like that. She said, if I scold her, I should scold her 'treating her as a human being'! chi sin....the agent realised that these maids are not human beings?! GOOD!

:;pppp: Agent都係幫班"皇后"既, 佢地都唔分青紅皂白架, 唔通agent為左搵$可以唔要良心架, 如果唔係今次要請工人, 我真係唔會明白佢地原來會係甘, 我以為大家都係講道理, 點知, 原來....

我相信我個agent會幫之前個工人搵新僱主, 如果有需要, 我可以pm俾大家

Agent 實會同佢地揾工嘅. 而you and me 炒之工人一定會係新僱主面前唱我到唱到咀歪. Such as: not gave them enough food, too much work, to time to sleep, even beat her. 人地等人用就會執咗返去. But don't worry, 佢地做野做成咁, 實比人再炒, 睇吓how long? 睇吓佢地見得幾多次工?

如果黎個衰人搵到工, 又有一個僱主受害啦....

, 政府應該立例, 俾人炒既/未完約既, 要即日/第2日返原居地, 等佢地唔可以再害人...

you know even the agents welcome these 'bad' maids and find jobs for them so willingly!!! there is a BIG market for these 'bad' maids u know!!!! sigh!!!

我都想佢即日/ the next day 掟返原居地, 但衰政府話要對人公平喎. 即係我奄尖, 或者有人忍得???14 days look for a new job.

另外D機位又成日無位.

應該被炒若可留14日, 但唔揾得工. 等D agency唔好咁狼, 狂sell來害人.

今日我老公出完trip返黎, 都同我講, 我地都係唔好再請工人啦, 幾日幾千....

好甘啊, 仲要未必好....

, 都係我自己做返好d...甘好啦, 連我老公都甘講, 可以疊埋心水等多大半年阿女返學至好d啦

My husband also said we don't really need a maid. I told him that I don't want to do housework. I will only do laundry (put into washing machine and hang them up and fold them) and iron 5 shirts for him a week. Cook 3 meals + drive my son to school + buy food. He said he will wash dishes at night and vaccum on sat / sun. GOOD!!!!!!

I don't want to rely on part time helper as they are usually no GOOD either!!!

But my mom said I couldn't manage without a maid!!! What shall I do? HIRE or not????
