It is so glad to see many few faces joining the club and more & more particpants in our first gathering. Here are some general statistics (as at 9 May, 6pm) of our particpants for the 11 June (Sat) gatherings: (For new participants, pls update the statistics for easy counting)

It is very encouraging to see many volunteers as well and some moms are checking the venues. Are there are more & more suggestions, I think we better set a deadline as well. Would members who have checked the restaurants or hotels, pls state the details like address(how many minutes from MTR), telephone, lunch/tea buffet, price, any private function etc for our consideration on or before 13 May (Fri). In fact, we are very open to the venues as long as it is convenient with reasonable price.

You suggested that we may find some sponsors. It is a good idea, but can you check with your sister-in-law to see how or can you contact the sponsers? It will be great if you can get a copy of her programme schedule for reference.

Korbut has a great point in the communication part.

Approaching the gathering, we may need closer contacts. Throu BK, e-mail, pm or phone? How can we exchange this information safely (I think posting e-mails / phones openly may not be a good idea)?

For the selection of venues, I think we can wait a few days more since many others have been busily checking suitable venues and I have set the deadline to 13 May (this Friday) 2 days ago.

Thanks for the suggestion. In fact, WSWM, Josephing & me has been in contact through tel calls for a few times already! We plan to contact volunteers after the venue is fixed.

BTW, we have exchanged phone nos. through PM. Maybe volunteers can PM your phone no. & e-mail to WSWM (WSWM, I guess you don't mind to prepare a list of contact, right?

Dear all,
I think in selecting the venues, we have to check the available time as well. To allow more time for the function, I think the restaurant should provide at least 3 hours for us and should be large enough for our particpants and BB cars! Besides, it should be conveniently located, within walking distance from MTR so members from different districts can access easily!

我有一個新的建議關於時間和地點
6月11日雖然是假期, 但是星期六, 可能有些爸媽要返工
可否把聚會定為6月12日(星期日) 3-6pm

地點上有建議 :
我的教會在銅鑼灣糖街, 有一個hall可以試下book
這樣我們可隨便安排free seating, 換片、餵人奶及遊戲的地方
食物方面 : 可以order catering經濟方面
你們的意見如何?

此外, 如果confirm左地點我會嘗試contact sponsors (例如bb影相)
希望大家可以滿載而歸
我表姐是10月媽媽會的成員, 等我問多d意見再同大家分享
他們上次聚會成100人, 不個我們不用比較人少亦有人少的好
