You can visit GP first, if not serious, GP can give you lotion. If serious (or you request), they will refer you to visit specailist. If my case, I visited GP first, as I have medical insu, so need to get the referral, then visit Specialist.
If visiting Specialist, need to 睇肛門, so better to visit female
