But my maid tell me the OEC office staff told her it is employer’s responsibility to pay for OWWA or otherwise she cannot come back once she go to Phil. this summer. Is it a compulsory requirement for employer to pay for OWWA when new hire / renew contract ? I even don’t know what is OWWA ?????????

話說 End April, My mother's 大食賓去Philippine renew her Passport, the Passport Charges paid by her, but she said "Visa $160 paid by employer."
I double check with agency, said our agency charges already included $160 visa charge, so no need to pay. 大返佢, 佢自己知自己事知衰, 唔敢出聲. But she talked to mother said no money, ask mother to borrow her $500. Mother said OK. Paid salary deduct.
