I stayed in Festive from Jul 7-9, the room is relatively small even I booked the family deluxe room. The room was not made up till 5:xx in the afternoon and I needed to call the guest service to clean up the room, then when we came back, although they did make up the room, however, we found that they just put all our clothes on the desk like garbage.
the only advantage of this hotel is just its location, very convenient.
note that they do have kids slippers, but they won't provide it until you ask for it even they have a kids kit.

How come! It's so called family room, but why the breakfast is only for 2 adults? How about my 3 kids?

Haha, I also ask this question to the front desk when we check-in, their answer is "唔通你房住2大4小我地又包哂你6個人咩?" (in english, the meaning is like this).
不過要補成百蚊港紙食個早歺,又要等成粒鐘,我都無食,去Toast box食算了.
I suggest U check-in 時問佢地可否將4日的2大人breakfast 改為 2日的2大3小breakfast, 另外2日自己出面食law.
