我租過一個盤, 在xxx屋苑的社群網中問有無人放盤租, 搵到----> 在e-mail 傾價, 睇相----> 約睇樓 ----> ok, 業主在書局買章租約---->我就上網查土地註冊處---->約出來簽, 對id card, 俾票, 再約何時交吉, 攪掂---->業主打埋stamp, 真係不用俾半萬agent 洗

你唔係有樓ga mei????? => yes, I have. But it is too small for my family to live now.

I have 2 kids + bun bun + my mother (who help me to take care of my kids and sleep with us 5-6 days per week)
Therefore, I moved and rent a bigger unit 2 years before.
I face similiar problems: my son will study in primary school next year. Then, we may move again!
At that moment, I should make decision: downgrade our living standards or not!

本來我決定左downgrade 買間2m頭頂住先, 但小朋友無lala 有間心儀的學校收左, 一定要搬出去, 0個頭無得downgrade, except居屋!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

唔勁ga, 我之前都係上網問人咩程序

查土地註冊處是查0下租屋俾你0個個是不是業主
俾$10 查, 會show 單位的業主名及其他 details, 0甘你簽租約時對0下 id law

其實樓主既然用得$13500租樓, 點解唔租遠少少 ? 沙田大埔有kcr都好方便, 但一定唔駛咁貴, 但你又要選擇市區大型屋苑, 價錢梗係貴架啦
所以, 怨之前, 你自己有無諗下你係咪再無選擇而去租呢間 $13500先 ?

不過上網找盤好難, 好少, 要機緣, 好多業主唔在意那幾千, 會俾AGENT 賺
我都找租盤中, 都搵唔到, 好能都要俾AGNET 賺 :-(

有小朋友, 有時想downgrade都唔係0甘易 => this is the problem I am facing now.

That's why I always say: if possible, buy a small/old/location far away flat now. Even the price rises, 都有層細price樓對沖0下

I had a bad experience.
好多業主唔在意那幾千, 會俾AGENT 賺=>agree

I post my flat in the internet, and interested people want to lower the price.
After visited my flat, one lower the price for 11k, another one want for 10k. Then, I decided to pass the 租盤 to agent. And they find a 'good' client (single man, don't cook at home) within 10 days. And the price is 13k.

May be we can creat a new topic here:
people who want to 租樓 write down the location, size, price .... here.
If the landlord find that the rent is reasonable, the landlord can pm them.

No, I can't. May be ask 版主 to creat a subject such as 租樓 info and put it on the top.
If any sister want to 租樓, then give their information here (price, size, location.....) and the landlord can find their client inside the topic.

We're also looking for flats but seems not easy. The agent told me on Monday she found 4-5 for us to see, then she called me today they are all rented out!!
