I am 164cm. Before pregnant about 48kg. Now going down to 46kg... (8w6d). I want to eat more to get more nutrients.
I am a Japanese food lover, esp sashimi. Once I knew I am pregnant, I avoid all raw food. So this afternoon 3:30pm, I ate 4pcs sushi (no raw fish). Made me so full.
Later I cooked an instant noodle at home. At this moment, I am really sick of garlic in soup. I shouldn't put that MSG powder in Finally, I had to drink a half glass of milk to clear the garlic in my mouth. Feel better now.
我睇婦科,就俾咗d胃藥我,但一d用都冇。我又去睇普通科,俾咗止嘔同埋胃藥俾我(doctor said it is safe for baby)。開頭食係嘔少咗,但係d藥好散,一日要瞓18-20個鐘,由朝到晚都won won dun dun。但係慢慢又開始嘔返,食唔食藥都差唔多。雖然我有時會嘔好多,但好彩每星期都有一兩日嘔少d,可以回下氣。唯有响嗰一兩日食多少少嘢,希望有多少少營養俾bb。
