agreed! this guy really crazy. In HK, always say fair but the employers suffer a lot!!! If the maid not perform well, fire her and need to pay one month. If not fire her and give her a month notice, we scare the maid would do something bad to the family. The rule said the maids need to go to original place before change to other employers, but in reality, they can go to China and return to HK for a new employer, who check whether they are go home or not. I really angry about policy, my family really suffers a lot from the bad maids, some are lazy, some are big liers, some are going out to make many boy friends and got the dieases. Shit, shit, shit .....
